Welcome to DailyLens! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DailyLens platform and newsletter service ("Service"). DailyLens is owned and operated by Next Hustle LLC. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

DailyLens provides a daily newsletter service for coffee shop owners and operators who use Square Point of Sale. Our Service connects to your Square account to analyze your sales data and delivers personalized business insights, forecasts, and recommendations to your inbox each morning.

2. Eligibility

To use DailyLens, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the authority to connect a Square account (if representing a business)
• Be the owner or authorized operator of the Square account you connect
• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service

3. Account and Square Integration

To use DailyLens, you must authorize access to your Square account. By connecting your Square account, you:

• Grant DailyLens read-only access to your sales, transaction, and location data
• Understand that we will retrieve and analyze this data to generate your daily newsletter
• May revoke access at any time through your Square account settings or by contacting us

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your DailyLens account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

DailyLens is a paid subscription service:

• New users receive a 7-day free trial
• After the trial, the Service costs $30 per month
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. Newsletter Delivery

By subscribing to DailyLens:

• You agree to receive daily email newsletters at approximately 6:00 AM in your local timezone
• You may also receive occasional service announcements and product updates
• You can adjust your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our analysis methods or content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or authority to connect a Square account

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

DailyLens integrates with third-party services including:

• Square (for sales and transaction data)
• Apple Weather (for weather forecasts)
• Yahoo Finance (for market and commodity data)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DailyLens is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of revenue forecasts or business recommendations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That following our recommendations will result in increased revenue or improved business outcomes

Our forecasts and insights are based on historical data and algorithms, and should be used as one of many inputs in your business decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Hustle LLC and DailyLens shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Business decisions made based on our forecasts or recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
